How group subscriptions work
A group subscription gives subscription access to LWN content and site features to a defined group of people at a discounted per-reader rate. For as long as the subscription is active, all members of the group receive full access.
When you establish a group using this page, you will be set up as the group administrator. This role allows you to add other members to the group, observe usage of the subscription, and manage the payment details; you can give other members the administrator role as well if you wish.
Please note that a credit card must be used to fund a group account set up this way. If you need to pay via a subscription service, wire transfer, or if a purchase-order process is required, please contact us at subs@lwn.net to continue.
