I know they don't mean it this way, but:

"We have a script to audit all names and catch duplicates (different
e-mails for work vs personal). If you know people who fall into
this category we strongly encourage you to encourage them to vote."

makes it look like they are encouraging people who have multiple e-mail addresses to vote (maybe more than once).
