That was one of the big things I was missing from the realtime interview the other day; are we there yet? What's missing? Do we have a timeline?

Looks like another big step towards CONFIG_REALTIME, though I imagine that this is hardly the last big chunk that's missing.

Wow, that is a huge step towards mainlining the remaining realtime-patch code. The idea that realtime could be a simple Kconfig bool rather than a patchset has taken another leap forward.
