There's a reason for the saying "the road to hell is paved with good intentions".<br> <p> Unfortunately, fixing this is very difficult, much of the problem is that the marketing side rarely really understands the product. The "low fat" market is a classic example - the science behind it has been debunked, but it's a massive money generator.
