Tax filings are only due four-and-a-half months after the end of the organisation's fiscal year (which might have ended Sep 2017, or maybe some later month). And I don't know if there are other steps required after filing. A financial audit can't be done till the paperwork's finished.<br> <p> And a third-party auditor can't evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns if you don't wait to see the effects.<br> <p> I'm only guessing and assuming.
