It does have the new version, I upgraded mine on RC1, and I can see the final images here: https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/18.06.0/targets/ar...

Maybe you checked it before the build robots finished putting it together :)

One nice feature: full support for Turris Omnia. Now you don't have to use outdated Turris fork with tons of missing stuff.
