The specification requires mandatory training for all Software Staff. While I understand where they're coming from, I'm dead set against such corporate bullshit designed for the lowest common denominator mandated for everybody. In fact, the amount of mandatory trainings on subjects I'm already comfortable with is a significant factor in deciding where I want to work.

A short note in the first paragraph what OpenChain actually is would be nice (the same applies to the Cinnamon announcement, where I wasn't quite sure whether that was a distro or one of those forked desktops).
