F14 and F15 are still on 2.2.17 and 2.2.19, respectively.

...though I see in Koji that a 2.2.21 build for F15+ has landed.

(And before anyone asks, they haven't backported a fix either; so unless the admin's modified the httpd.conf to mitigate the problem, it's vulnerable.. )
