They requested the Microsoft OS without asking first, so we had to load RHEL ourselves. This involved downloading all of the standard Red Hat Enterprise Linux ISOs, but also required a special "system" ISO to use for repartitioning (and for elilo stuff, I think; I didn't actually do the install). Also their support lines are heavily Internet Explorer oriented.
