Fedora 40 firms up for release

I'm currently working in an area where ftp has been de facto for decades, but now you get very serious people from insurance companies looking at you if you're still using it, so we're unpicking twenty years of various scripts to do away with it. We're not even allowed to use scp anymore. Pleae let it die.
