I realize this is long overdue, between getting sick and other chaos,

volunteers for membership committee

* Currently lots of toxicity and non-sense on IRC
* Very unwelcoming towards, in particular, new users asking for help
* AI: Simon: Will monitor #opensuse, if we reintroduce the irc matrix
bridge we won't bridge that channel to matrix
