Even if you ARE a lawyer with a specialisation in copyright law, are you *competent* to offer such an opinion?

Based on my personal experience, a lot of people - professionals especially - are incompetent. As one of my doctor acquaitances said to me - "half of all people are below average intelligence. Doctors are just ordinary people - what does that say about doctors?".

And given what's happened to me and my family, I wouldn't trust a professional as far as I could throw them. I value *experience* far more than qualifications, and there's nobody more dangerous (and unemployable) than the fresh young turk straight out of University with First Class Honours, who thinks he knows everything ...
