Even if you ARE a lawyer with a specialisation in copyright law, are you *competent* to offer such an opinion?

Based on my personal experience, a lot of people - professionals especially - are incompetent. As one of my doctor acquaitances said to me - "half of all people are below average intelligence. Doctors are just ordinary people - what does that say about doctors?".

And given what's happened to me and my family, I wouldn't trust a professional as far as I could throw them. I value *experience* far more than qualifications, and there's nobody more dangerous (and unemployable) than the fresh young turk straight out of University with First Class Honours, who thinks he knows everything ...

Unless you're the same, by the same reasoning, are you not qualified to offer this opinion on my opinion? Is any developer allowed to have any opinion on any license? This is a bad take.
