SSPL is a copyleft license based on broadening AGPL. The logic by which SSPL is considered nonfree also makes AGPL and GPL nonfree, which is actually insane. I think the OSI is completely in the wrong on this point. I note that the OSI is mostly a consortium of cloud service vendors.
