Parent article: Merging bcachefs

I am curious about the state of filesystem encryption, the website mentions that bcachefs supports only whole filesystem encryption but suggests not relying on it because it has not been externally audited, is it still true?

From a rapid check it also seems that the design and implementation of encryption predates the introduction of snapshots and subvolumes, is there any plan to add subvolume-level encryption? That would be an useful feature.

It's been pretty well audited, I need to update the website.

Are there a bcachefs blog?

Maybe you need a documentation maintainer too. You must be quite busy with coding and management already.

Just my humble opinion.
