Yes, sure, there'll be a incident review a month later. And all the diffs and commands that people involved thought were relevant to the cause, the diagnosis and the fix will be linked to from the review page in the incident review tool.
Does that mean some subversion hidden somewhere in there will be caught? I don't know.
Does it mean that a subversion that was pushed /outwith the control or visibility of the normal CI tools/ (cause, shit was down! fix fast! maybe even the CI infra was down, cause it depends on the site being up!) will be caught? That's a lot less likely.
A manually pushed out subversion could easily run for weeks, until the next update of whatever component it is in.
