Thanks! Also the spec is in the binutils-gdb source tree now: if you have texinfo 6.3 or later it gets built with libctf, though it isn't installed: texi2pdf etc should work in libctf/doc as well. (If only I'd written libctf documentation, that *would* be installed, since that's what CTF consumers are really expected to want to use. One of these days I mean to do so. For now the format spec is what we have.)

Fascinating read! Not my field :-) but it's always good to know what other people are doing ...
