Red Hat fails to take WeMakeFedora.org

That's a good question. He seems to have always worked as a independent consultant as he moved around the world (Australia, UK/Ireland, Switzerland). Given the hourly rate for contracting, he has lots of free time or/and money.

Most of the thing he do are cheap. Domain names are cheap (Godaddy is selling a .community for $45/y on their canadian page), the hosting of website is around $8 per month, so there isn't a lot to finance.

As for having free time, he say he went on vacation to visit 4 students in Prishtina and Skopje for Christmas in 2018 (https://danielpocock.com/merry-christmas-balkans-2018/), so I guess that mean he has neither kids nor a wife.

I guess not being able to respect rules goes with being unable to sustain long term relationships.
