Resurrecting DWF

If anyone is having problems getting a CVE, please report the vulnerability to CERT/CC via https://kb.cert.org/vuls/report/ and send me an email (ers@cert.org). I and my team will work to get you a CVE. We will also issue a CERT/CC VU# ID if you like. We have the ability to issue CVEs for anyone if necessary. When we do this, it highlights a lot of the issues with the current process, which is a good thing.
