Resurrecting DWF

The requirement of a github account is a rather large deterrent.

I seem to recall looking at githubs ToS several years ago and seeing several things I wasn't willing to agree to.

Needing to agree to ToS from a large corporation (regardless of how you feel about the specific corporation), that can be changed at any time, in order to participate it bug hunt is probably not going to be a healthy thing.

Unfortunately I don't have any magic alternatives. Possibly the best one would be if a number of 'sponsor' foundations hosted different portals, which were federated. That way the systems both distributed, and not locked behind the ToS of people who may be paid to have conflicting interests.
