PipeWire: The Linux audio/video bus

For me it was that apps using sound would hang and require a `kill -9` if I dared use suspend-to-ram - the sound card driver itself was broken and required a rmmod/modprobe across suspends to fix. PulseAudio let me work around that, all I had to do was wrap the system suspend in pasuspender.
