Almost certainly not. Newtonian Physics assumes time IS constant from all vantage points - if you see time move ten seconds so will I. Relativity says time APPEARS constant from all vantage points.
If we assume I travel to Alpha Centauri and back at 0.9c, you on Earth will see me take about 9 years to do so. Newton says that means I must experience the same 9 years. But relativity says time will run slower for me, I may only experience 1 year passing.
It's like a multi-core CPU with each core having a different clock ... and time is measured in ticks ...
I don't see how exchanging information will alter anything.
