+Using BBB for VC, seems to be working pretty well. The OSPM conference will also be using this,
which will have 30-50 people.

+Working with the hotel and the LF on refunds

+Working through microconf submissions

+Discussing the best way to present virtual content.

+How spread out should the conference be? 3 days? 2 weeks?

+How will attendees mix conference sessions and regular work?

+How long can sessions be before people get VC fatigue?
+
+Will the schedule include fine grained scheduling of sub-topics?

+Working through different potential fees for the virtual conf as well.

+Maintainers Summit

+Continued discussion about a virtual maintainers summit.

+Kernel Summit

+
+It's not clear how many developers are interested in giving virtual proposals. We might have to do
more to encourage participation than we have in the past.

+Since the TAB elections are tied to the Kernel Summit, we'll have to plan a few alternatives to
determine the voter pool for the next TAB election. Last year's electronic voting set the stage for
this nicely, so we have a number of options.
