+Short recap of COVID related travel changes

+Many companies are restricting travel to any event with more than 50 people

+LSF/MM – considering cancellation (spoiler, it is cancelled)
+
+kubecon dates are shifting to July/August. It’s not clear how this will impact the bandwidth of LF
staff for Plumbers.

+Review proposal for absentee TAB voting

+General agreement that Laura’s proposal is ready to ship
+
+Laura asked: if we had to cancel the kernel summit, would we be comfortable using this framework
for TAB voting?
+
+There are still some questions here since the kernel summit is still the bulk of the voter pool.

+If the kernel summit is virtual instead of cancelled, how does this change things?
+
+Ted: what is the snapshot date for kernel.org statistics?

+TAB charter change

+We voted to change the charter to reflect our electronic voting procedures.
+

+Talked about putting the charter in the kernel git repo or in a separate repo on git.kernel.org.

+Sasha volunteered to set up a git tree with the meeting notes and TAB charter, which seemed like a
better fit if we’re doing more than just the charter.

+LF board meeting
+----------------
+
+Scheduled for March 12. Chris had planned on attending in person, but cancelled due to COVID19
concerns. The meeting had been scheduled to be in-person but switched to virtual, and was shrunk
from all day to 2 hours to better fit the timezones of all the board members.
