Well, I don't think this kind of license can be included in any Linux distro. Especially paid ones. It is flat out illegal, no way to relicense Linux to this crappy license. So Red Hat needs to make a fork if it wants to have MongoDB in RHEL.

So I propose new fork be called ReDBlue. Re as in relational (add relational data model in future, it already has document and key-value) Red as Red Hat, Blue as IBM, DB as a database. Obviously, license will be AGPLv3. I bet shares of MDB will crash if they do this.
