Making the GPL more scary

"We expect our license will quickly gain a wide following"... because we expect rightsholders to accidentally implicitly relicense their own software under our license.

I can't tell if this is just an awful oversight while trying to block SAAS using Mongo without paying (bad enough), or a genius land-grab at a LOT of third party software. Either way, this license needs to burn.
