Netdev 0x12 Conference update

Netdev will take place July 11-13 in Montréal, Québec, Canada. Two talks have been announced; Alexander Krizhanosky on Kernel TLS handshakes for HTTPS DDoS mitigation, and Vikram Siwach on Subscriber Billing System Over Commodity. The conference location will be at the Hyatt Regency Montreal. The call for papers remains open until May 1.

We have a few more updates since last time for Netdev 0x12 conference.
