the revelation that billions of Intel processors include an internal CPU running MinixI believe that's because they don't. Only very recent Intel CPUs (Skylake and Kaby Lake) include a CPU new enough to run ME 11 or higher, and as far as I know no server-class hardware does at all yet. So tens of millions, yes. Billions, no.
