I know people cannot always pick their hardware, but by installing Fedora, you are basically saying that you want latest free software that works with current Fedora release. If someone wants to jam square pegs into round holes by depending on proprietary drivers, that's their own business.

For instance, I run VMware Horizon on my F26 laptop for work. I understand that this setup may occasionally break. In fact, I had to put some library symlinks in place to get it running at one point. Such is life on the bleeding edge (almost).
