I've been reading LWN since.. sometime around 2003 and it's been my Thursday staple almost every single week since then, however since the re-organization and early posting of articles, I'm finding myself disappointed every week when I realize I've already read everything by the time Thursday comes around.

I know it's a bit of a silly complaint, but I doubt I'm alone.. Thursdays used to be the day I'd open LWN the moment I got in from work, and that special day of the week where as I fell bored and looked for stuff to do, would have a little shot of excitement when I realized I hadn't checked LWN yet, but that's all gone.

Of course, I could try to self-regulate, but that means unsubbing from LWN RSS / Twitter and attempting to ignore links to any articles I see posted elsewhere (e.g. member links to HN, etc). Chances of that succeeding are basically zero.

Posting a comment since that little Thursday feeling is the only thing that's kept me subscribed over the years.

Maybe I should start doing what you do -- I only get the all-at-once email, I find myself often not having time to read the whole issue.

Not that I'm complaining, and personally I love the new format; it's nice to be able to quickly open each article in a tab (so I can read the news and any comments) without having to hunt for the right place to click.
