Alioth moving toward pagure

I keep waiting for one of the decent open source forges to support 1) OAuth as both client and provider and 2) federation, so I could run my own node of it that would host my own projects (and forks of other people's projects, of course) and be certain that they (and all their associated issues, comments, etc) will be around independent of any other company or entity.
