KDE e.V. Community Report - 2nd Half of 2015 [LWN.net]

KDE e.V. has released its community report for the second half of 2015. "Over nineteen years producing high quality free software, spreading open culture, and creating a thriving community, KDE has become a huge umbrella organization supporting all sorts of FOSS-related projects. As a consequence, an even more inclusive, diverse, and open community has grown, with opportunities we couldn't have envisioned some years ago."

The KDE Incubator is really a nice initiative, it's a really good way to get more software packages into "KDE" so they can benefit from all the infrastructure and community. It's great to have GCompris etc. join. :-)
(Still I think Wiki2Learn is the odd one out. From my POV WikiToLearn is the one thing which makes KDE an "umbrella organization supporting all sorts of FOSS-related projects.", without it KDE is still a community focused on developing software based on Qt/kdelibs/KDE frameworks and supporting stuff.)

Valgrind was using KDE infrastructure a few years ago (at least the bug tracker). I'm pretty sure there are other non-KDE projects there, but I don't know any of the top of my head.
