Kügler: Plasma’s road ahead

Your argument don't hold in various ways:
1. The window manager is KWin, not Plasma
2. Why would releases planning have anything to do with stability?

Take for instance GNOME. We keep the schedules very similar release after release. We (in practice: Andre Klapper) could plan them way further in advance if we wanted to. If we did that, would then suddenly the current release be less stable? As in your view it would, while there's actually no real reason why we don't plan further ahead (small reasons: it's predictable anyway and it let us slightly tweak it to align it with conferences).
