Periodically we hear warnings about upcoming grave shortages of physicians, but there is no H1B program flooding us with doctors and dentists.That's because doctors and dentists don't greatly benefit from clustering the way tech does, so there is no Silicon Valley for doctors and dentists acting as a giant sucking magnet pulling talented people towards the US (and both Cambridges).
