The Grumpy Editor's guide to surviving the systemd debate

It's huge loss for the Debian community loosing Russ which from my point ov view is the voice of reason in the community from serving on TC as well as loosing Tollef from the systemd maintainership and Joey in general.

I would not be surprise if others will follow in their footsteps.
