The demise of Freecode

As a project owner, I'm pretty annoyed at how this was done. I simply don't want stale information about my project hosted on Freecode forevermore, yet I am now unable to control what's displayed there.

Given that they have dropped their side of the bargain, IMO they have lost the right to reproduce what I've written, and therefore are in breach of copyright in continuing to make it available. Attempts to contact those responsible for this site have been futile. Perhaps a DMCA notice might get their attention ?
