And for better or for worse, that means it is very different from the way Fedora uses the term -- in Fedora, SIGs are informal groups of people who share an interest (and maybe a mailing list) but there is no necessary structure beyond that. The subprojects/teams/working groups are more formal, and it appears that the CentOS SIGs will be more like that.
