No. You read that FreeBSD 10 was released and among other changes they decided to replace BIND in the base system with unbound.

kFreeBSD stands for "kernel" of FreeBSD. More specifically: a short for GNU/kFreeBSD (that is: "Linux" userspace, including glibc, on top of a FreeBSD kernel) or more specifically in this discussion to the Debian GNU/kFreeBSD port (Debian on top of a FreeBSD kernel).

BTW: Debian (and likewise Debian kFreeBSD) uses Exim as its default mailer.
