I'm sorry, no.
You cannot have "vendor lock-in" when you have the full source code to the *entire* system. You are just as free to tinker with systemd as you are with any other Free Software system.
Unless, of course, by "lock-in" you mean "the consequences of making a choice" which apply no matter if you chose A, B, or Q.
