      Initial DRI3 protocol specification
      Initial DRI3 protocol headers
      Add 'event id' to DRI3 configure notify events
      Add GetSyncShmFD request
      Rename Connect as Open, make it work. Add SHM SyncFences
      Add PixmapFromBuffer and BufferFromPixmap encodings
      Return buffer size in BufferFromPixmap reply
      Switch direction of FD passing for Sync Fences
      Pass Fence FDS from client. Clean up encoding.
      Rename Swap to Present
      Re-center the version and date lines
      Clarify relationship with GLX
      Re-word the caution about pixmap image formats non linearity
      Eliminate driverType and driverName from Open request
      Remove events and other unused elements
      Add FDFromFence request
