I'm not saying it's impossible - but it could be pretty hard. Also we still don't have an answer for "what should be Fedora" and even now we have 100000 different and pretty conflicting visions ;-).

Well who decides what a free OS should be? Developers who volunteer their work or users who get a freebie? Debian is not a business for a reason.

Actually the bad reputation comes from having debian-user run by people failing to map their ideology to users coming for help.
