+1 to that.

Many are waiting for Debian testing to become a really rolling distro without such huge stalls like this last freeze. This proposal if implemented will achieve just that, and in addition will make testing more robust!

I am willing to spend my monthly allowance of +1's on this thread. Debian is 99% perfect and this proposal provides the remaining 1%.
