I admit to the Cautiously-acked-by, but doing some data mining of my own, I came up with:

    Found-OK-by: Andrew Morton <akpm-AT-linux-foundation.org>
    Grumpily-requested-by: Andrew Morton <akpm-AT-linux-foundation.org>
    Hinted-by: Andrew Morton <akpm-AT-linux-foundation.org>
Most contributed and Signed-off-by: Andrew Morton <akpm-AT-osdl.org>
    Noticed-by: Andrew Morton <akpm-AT-linux-foundation.org>
    Pointed-out-by: Andrew Morton <akpm-AT-linux-foundation.org>
    Pointed-to-by: Andrew Morton <akpm-AT-linux-foundation.org>
    Reported-and-tested-by: Andrew Morton <akpm-AT-linux-foundation.org>
    Re-reported-by: Andrew Morton <akpm-AT-linux-foundation.org>
    Screwed-up-by: Andrew Morton <akpm-AT-linux-foundation.org>
    Workflow-found-OK-by: Andrew Morton <akpm-AT-linux-foundation.org>

I replaced the @ with -AT- for spam protection. Like that does any good for him anyway.
