apt-cache search ledger gives some interesting strings, which I've not seen mentioned so far.
Frontaccounting doesn't look bad to my (very) untrained eye.
From the FAQ:
"FA is PHP 4 and PHP 5 compatible and should run on MySQL 4.0 - 5.X.X Server"
They've got an online demo too,.
hledger looks bare but its main disadvantage IMHO is its data format (formatted text files, IIUC) and the fact that it's written in haskell.
sql-ledger seems quite featureful. Postgresql and perl are a plus to my eyes, but obviously that's irrelevant :)
Just my 2 cents.
