SPI is on there; the tables are sorted alphabetically.

SPI serves many projects, not just Debian. And Debian's activity outside the US often isn't handled through SPI.

I'm aware of that; the point is that SPI is the entity that is required to file. And you can see the scale of the operation from the filings -- in particular the final income / expense balance.
