Google's disappearing Android GPL compliance opportunity

If some vendor forgets to remove HyperV code, that could give Microsoft standing for a GPL compliance lawsuit. I don't see any obviously Apple-owned bits, but I'm sure some small company owning some piece could be bought to give them standing. Silly to leave this hole open.
