Remember Plan 9, the distributed research operating system developed at Bell Labs? 9Front is a community driven fork of Plan 9. The project has a home page at Google code. Some new features include a newer (more reliable) boot loader, an improved cwfs as the default file system, support for the Go programming language, and much more. (Thanks to Stein Gjoen)
