If you're using Linux in your organization, and your management is concerned about the lawsuit, this would be an excellent article to show your bosses. For my part, there's no point in my showing anything about this to my bosses. I could never budge them from the beast's claws.

So far SCO hasn't shown anything that supports what they claim. Even if SCO did actually show me evidence that their code base was stolen and put into Linux, I absolutely will not pay up until the court decides that I must. However, I won't try to convince others do the same, becasue if someone is stupid enough to fall for this kind of crap, so be it.
