So, does this mean what I think it means - that _anybody_ using Linux _anywhere_ is potentially liable? This could be a huge PITA, comparable to the situation if SCO had won.
But may be finally it will force the issue. It was statistically certain to happen sooner or later, given the large numbers of patents out there.
