Red Hat's "obfuscated" kernel source

Sorry, I don't remember how far down the rabbithole the discussion went. Like I said I don't have a reference handy for this comment...uncharacteristic of me. If someone else can't dig up a mailinglist citation reference in the meantime, I'll try to deepdive into my mailinglist cache and see if I can dig up at least a starting point for reading up on what was discussed.
